MicroVentures is an equity crowdfunding website offering investments in early stage companies. MicroVentures connects accredited investors with startups, businesses and services looking to raise funds or participate in select secondary market opportunities.

Job Summary:

As a Virtual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to a team of sales professionals, while working remotely. Your main duties will include managing sales databases, generating sales leads, communicating with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and assisting with sales-related administrative tasks.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Create and manage a sales database of potential customers, including contact information, lead status, and other relevant details.

• Conduct research to identify new sales leads and potential customers.

• Communicate with potential customers via email, phone, or other communication channels to schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide information about products and services.

• Assist sales professionals with administrative tasks such as drafting proposals, preparing presentations, and creating sales reports.

• Collaborate with sales team members to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and processes.

• Attend sales meetings and take notes on important details and action items.

• Provide support to customers throughout the sales process, including following up on leads, answering questions, and providing product or service information.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when communicating with customers and colleagues.

Skills and experience needed :

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in using sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other similar platforms.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.
