Job Description :

- We are looking for a dynamic and market-aware professional who can promote and develop the company's brand. Our Business Head is expected to identify new business opportunities and manage our relationships with our clients and stakeholders

They are looking for someone who can head their Marketing team in the Indian Market.

Description :

- Reports to and coordinates efforts with the CEO of the company

- Ensure that the employees are aligned with the company's activities and goals

- Ability to manage business proposals and new business negotiations

- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating new staff

- Implementing budgets, preparing reports on senior management and ensuring that the department complies with company policies

- Analyse and gather data about the Market

Profile :

- 15+ years of experience, MBA

- Prior experience preferably in the beauty/personal care space

- Detail oriented with good analytical skills

- Ability to communicate and inspire employees
