Job Purpose · As we bring this capability in-house, the role’s primary responsibility is to determine an overall content strategy, that will align core Misk objectives, with the aim of shaping the themes and content of the MISK flagship events.· The Senior Project Manager - Content will be an expert in researching and developing content, identifying the most suitable speakers, session formats and overall flow, towards ensuring the most impactful events.· The candidate needs to be a self-driven, energetic, multi-tasker, who will be required to collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams, both internally and externally. Duties and Responsibilities· Partner with key stakeholders (Misk Subsidiaries and tracks) at the start of the content planning process to research and identify the content strategy and framework and ensure they are aligned with event objectives, organizational goals, and the overall target audience experience· Collaborate with designers, subject matter specialists, and production partners to bring in compelling and engaging approaches and sessions formats to content delivery· Establish and manage the end-to-end content development process, including project management, production timelines, scheduling and coordination of speakers and speaker deliverables· Develop the event agenda with key stakeholders to optimize attendee flow, different learning styles, venue capacity, speaker skills, and event goals and objectives, and produce compelling discussions and experiences· Establish a process to oversee all elements of presentation development, reviews, completion and delivery· Partake in concept creation and creative meetings, assist in conceptualizing direction and marketing messages as per event agenda· Proofread and copyedit event drafts and potential marketing materials before being published· Direct event agency partners on content deliverables, production approaches, and speaker management· Measure results (evaluations, attendance, feedback) on all content and communicate findings back to key stakeholders. Modify processes to adopt best practices and incorporate feedback/ make recommendations as appropriate, based on analysis and insights. Qualifications and Experience · 4-6 years post graduate experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with content development requirements (editorial, conference, related media company, communications, or in a related field)· Experience in researching and proposing themes and topics for content-driven events, as well as the ability to develop strategic points of view on trends· Creativity and the ability to develop original content· Experience in managing projects with multiple partners and stakeholders· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team · Well versed in working closely with event production and creative teams · Organized and process-oriented · Strong writing, verbal, and proof reading skills · Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with multiple deadlines· Ability to produce and present multiple creative solutions to given assignments· Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) · Attention to detail, time management and project management skills.· Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, ambitious, influential and with strong leadership skills
