Roles and Responsibilities
Plan for manpower through sound recruitment guidelines.
Plan and implement an induction program for all new employees.
Plan and implement performance appraisal, replacement and transfer of the staff.
To advise and implement on employee salary/wage and benefits to attract and retain a highly motivated staff (including the promotion policy).
Establish a proper grievance handling system.
To keep up to date with labour law and statutory requirements and ensure compliance by contractors, if appointed.
Participate as a member of the negotiating committee on labour relations and assist in development of pre-negotiation strategies and plans Handle staff absenteeism.
