Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling recruitment and support by connecting with internal stakeholders across teams, Talent management
• Ensure joining formalities and on boarding of hired employees are complete within given time.

• Monthly PF challan generation, ESI IP creation, enrollment, etc.
• Statutory compliance (CLRA & S&E)
• Branch Activities
• Administration

• Good at MS-Office .

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for a dynamic Human resources specialist who will be handling HR operations under (S& E and CLRA) along with our bulk of contract staffing at our major client sites across Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune. Responsible for compliance and all monthly statutory related activities. He may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training at client site. The candidate will be reporting to the HR Manager. Individually, the candidate will be directing and coordinating the administrative functions of Chennai.
