Job Description:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Skills :
- Experience in managing key customer relationships, executing major negotiations and closing major opportunities is a requirement
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal stakeholders in a Global organization
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent project management & oral and written communication skills

Experience :
A minimum of two years of B2B Business Development and Client Management experience.
