Job Description

Candidate must be from Sales & Marketing Support (Industrial/Manufacturing Background)

Experience: 3 years to 6 years

- Support the internal operations & sales team with day to day operations.

- Maintain good communications and company relations with clients & potential customers via mediums such as Email & WhatsApp.

- Co-ordination with sales team for reports, compilation of weekly sales report.

- Reach out to existing customers to get product feedback & understand their pain points

- Analysis of sales data

- Managing inventory of sales team

- Generated a database of leads for the sales stocks

- Can assists B2B Marketing Skill

- To communicate with customers regularly for follow up for enquiry and quotation.

Degree : 

- Any Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skill (English, Hindi, Bengali)

- Experience of working in a Industrial/Manufacturing sales support function is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Advance Excel)

- Drafting Letters and Emails to clients and other Departments
