In the team we strive to be agile and move fast when needed. We want to go beyond issue diagnostics and be a proactive advisor on solutions and drive optimization of our processes and systems. Our main stakeholder is the HR organization, and we are here to support them. They come to us with global and local requirements, and we act as trusted advisors and listen and translate complex challenges to viable technical solutions.

What does the work look like?

Day-to-day operational tasks on incident management, ‘process housekeeping’, setup or e-learning courses and learning journeys, supporting HR Operations.
Advise and challenge the business on Cornerstone on demand solutions within our areas of expertise.
Handle Change Requests by impact assessing, solutioning, testing and delivering.
Working agile in Scrum teams.
Participate in release management assessing and testing new features.
Participate in strategic projects implementing new features, enhancements, and additional systems.

Who are you?

You are the right candidate, if you come from either an in-house or consultant site of the Cornerstone on demand eco-system. You have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience of practical hands-on administration and configuration of preferably Cornerstone and have great knowledge in learning, LMS and if you have experience in content authoring tools that is a plus.

Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines is seen as a benefit. If you have also experience with Workday, and especially in a setting with both solutions, we are interested to talk to you!

Alternatively, you come with a solid HR background and is familiar with concepts in and around learning, upskilling and re-skilling, and are keen to work with HR Technology supporting these domains.

We expect you to have a proactive work approach and an independent style of working, you should be curios and be able of question status quo. Of course, you are a quick learner and an open and team-oriented colleague who enjoys working both independently and in teams. The Position title for this role is Software Engineer.
