- Formulate and implement business plan for new aluminum extrusion unit.
- Develop short & long term sales & marketing strategy to accelerated business growth.
- Control overall extrusions business, new product development, pricing, quality assurance expanding direct customer base with dealer network, control credit & fund flow.
- Handle key accounts PSUs-BEL, BHEL, BEML, HAL, CMTI, DRDO Labs, ISRO Labs, IISc, IIAP, NAL, private establishments-Bosch, L&T, Tata Power SED
- Actively take part in introducing the company through vendor registration process in above mentioned accounts.
- Regular visits to the existing customers and new customers to approach for new business opportunities
- Generating, validating and qualifying sales leads. Visiting various clients introducing our range of products providing technical solutions, and generating enquiries
- Advise & administer to place right talent in all departments.
- Guide & prepare MIS for decision making, and to run production efficiently.
