Job Role :

- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction.

- Ensure the actual revenue achieved is as per the targeted plan and identify reasons and solutions to mitigate losses.

- Increase the market share of Organization by adding new clients and customers.

- Retain existing clients and customers of Organization.

- Market and sell other vertical offerings of Organization to existing customers

Required Experience, Competencies and Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in a Logistics industry or related field

- Graduation/Post Graduation - Sales & Marketing
