(Technical Recruiter) Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate must have experience working with Direct client requirements. Strong knowledge and working experience on W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C). Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder. Research for candidates through internal database, online job / resume boards and referrals. Call candidates and Qualify / screen / interview them for client positions Coordinate client interviews.Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years of IT / Technical Recruiting Experience Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. High Volume recruiting experience with high weekly quality submittals. Good understanding of various IT / Technology skills Excellent communication skills. Ability to talk effectively and write business communication in a clear concise manner
