Job Summary and Tasks:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tele-Sales Manager to start tele- sales at Salubrious and to setup systems and processes for a team that would be added with progression and growth of the activity. This is a new approach towards our sales process and as such this will be a challenging role. In order to succeed in this role, the individual will have to firstly go through the process of identifying an effective approach for tele-sales in our business case, leveraging their in-depth knowledge of tele-sales, and then create a sales funnel. The role will then entail having to create a playbook around which a team can be developed.
The candidate must have extensive know-how of tele-sales and experience as a tele-sales caller as well as a Manager that had to set guidelines for the tele-sales callers and resolve the domain related issues of the callers. The location of this job
will be in our Lucknow corporate office initially with possibility of fully remote work in the future. Some of the primary tasks for this role are listed below.
Interacting with new leads and cold-calling to generate leads (medicine stores) for the OCM Partner Program.
Creating a sales funnel and maintaining sufficient numbers at each step for adequate conversions.
Motivating existing Partners to drive sales growth
Identifying strategies and documenting them to drive sales for both existing and new medicine stores, clinics and doctors.
Resolve queries related to sales during a pitch/presentation
Taking ownership of partners until they are fully integrated into our eco- system
Develop guidelines and documents for others to follow and achieve repeatable results
Identifying content to aid in tele-sales and working with internal teams to develop the same
Interacting with field team, customer relationship teams to identify downstream problems and to refine these during the pitch/presentation itself. Working with internal teams to generate marketing collaterals that can drive tele-sales.
Job Specification (Context): The candidate must have experience managing callers as well as have direct experience of conducting tele-sales to be able to provide insights into the bottle-necks and challenges that tele-sales will be facing in our scenario and ways to mitigate them. Ideally the individual should have witnessed a scaling up period in an organization.
Knowledge: Must be a graduate, MBA preferred
Experience: Tele-Sales 5+ years (must be willing to do the calling as well though) Skills: Must be good with MS-Office, Negotiation, Networking, Great in Oral and written communication
Ability: Ability to think on their feet (quick-thinking), Good at identifying peopleʼs thought process, Clarity in communication, Working in a team.
