About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager who can manage a team of 50 counselors, deliver upon the team targets along and create enough value in the company.
● 9-10 + years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad industry
● In Depth domain knowledge of at least 3+ destinations( USA/UK/Canada/Aus/NZ/Ireland)
● Excellent presentation and communication skills
● 5+ years of experience in leading a team of counselors, sales staff & amp; BDE’s
● Proven ability to deliver targets & own a P&L of a department / destination
● Demonstrated skills in a customer facing role with experience in developing business
plans, budgets and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.
● A resolute, ethical leader who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
● Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable
● Experience of conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars
