Job description for Electrical engineer – O&M

Candidate might be having qualification of either diploma in EEE with 6-8 years (OR)
BE/B.Tech (EEE) with min of 4 years and maximum of 6 years’ experience.
Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
Having a keen experience in O&M of Various capacity Transformers, HT & LT motors, HT & LT switchgears, Capacitors etc.,
Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
Thorough Knowledge in statutory requirement of electrical inspectorate.
Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
Basic operation knowledge in MS office.
Root cause analysis for the failures.
Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system.
