Job Description :
- Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels and DSA
- Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them
- Develop and Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region
- Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager
- Coordinating with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement.
- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets.
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management
- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
- Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing
- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.
- Understand competitor's products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, and channel partners.
