Your Role and Responsibilities

The engineer must review each provisioning request / incident and plan the activities with minimal impact to customer environment. Responsible for resolving the issues from the company and/or vendor documented resolutions.· Knowledge on Log analysis and correlation of Monthly reports.· Understanding on creating Signatures and Traps to analyze traffic pattern.· Should be familiar with Checkpoint models, capabilities, and architectures.· Supply data on resolvable firewall issues to the vendor Technical Assistance Centres (TAC) and, with assistance from the vendor technicians, advance towards full resolution of the issues and documentation of the process. Provide Support for VPN client Infrastructure.· · Policy/ Signature Reinforcement based on the requirement and alert trend, Ability to work in 24X7 environment and experience in handling provisioning related issues
As an Infrastructure Specialist, you are responsible for creating standard design and architectures; build of the structures of an IT solution to a business problem. In this role with specific skills and knowledge around storage, both traditional and software defined storage, you must be proficient at the techniques that go into the formulation of architectures. This requires practical skills and experience with many application and infrastructure products, technologies, and services.
As an Infrastructure Architect, you must be able to provide technical leadership for integration of cross tower services, and create high- and low-level solutions into detailed implementation infrastructures. You will also perform technology assessments and recommend Best Practice for performance, capacity, stability and availability. Together with the team you will be able to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate standards in the creation and implementation of the solution whenever project requirements call for or would benefit from the use of standards. The primary teams you will work with will be Project team, Account team, DevOps Teams, Delivery team and of course our clients.
You will join our Nordic Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team. Our mission is to deliver project based technology implementation and integration services for our clients in the hybrid multi cloud space. In this role you will work with Infrastructure Specialists and System Administrators to advise & design, build & test, deploy & optimize on premise IT Systems as well as Cloud based solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and/or IBM Cloud public clouds
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-V, KVM or Red Hat Virtualization.
Experience with storage and SAN technologies
Experience and understanding IT backup and recovery software and procedures
Experience with one of the major backup products: Spectrum Protect, Commvault, Veeam, NetBackup, etc.
Experience with Software Defined Storage (SDS)
Experience writing technical documentation
Knowledge Infrastructure and Application Domains end-to-end and Hybrid Cloud
Excellent written and verbal communication (Danish & English)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Intermediate or greater understanding containerization technologies.
Experience with tape storage and tape libraries
Experience developing a bill of materials models
Experience with software defined networking (SDN)
Understand and some experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, DB2, MySQL/MariaDB, Postgres, etc.)
External certification from any of global Cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud, VMware
Familiar with scripting languages (e.g. shell scripting, python, Perl, etc.)
