You will be part of our Information Technology team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to manage incoming incidents + requests reported by local users or alarms raised by monitoring tools to ensure a stable, reliable and secure local infrastructure environment.
Your Responsibilities

You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

To support + work with the regional Infrastructure team as well as with external vendors on infrastructure
projects.
To monitor assigned infrastructure pro-actively, monitor performance bottlenecks + respond to system
alerts/failures.
To be responsible for the administration of local infrastructure in line with corporate guidelines / working
instructions.
To assist dealing with IT security incidents, e.g. anti-virus, intrusion / data leakage prevention etc.
To provide technical support + trouble-shooting towards the second line support.
To perform assigned routine tasks.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
Experience in IT Network & Data Center Operations.
Working experience in design, configuration, and installation of network devices and services like routing, switching, and firewalls etc.
Strong ISP/Stakeholder management skills at all levels.
