Kristal.AI is a global, digital-first private wealth platform providing comprehensive and no-frills wealth management solutions for the entire spectrum ranging from sophisticated high net worth individuals to first-time investors.
Kristal.AI's B2B2C business is geared towards enabling leading Wealth managers, Family offices, Investment Advisors as well as Digital Wealth management platforms in India to provide Global Investments for their clients.
This business was started in early 2020 and within a short period of 15 months have signed up over 40 partners across India and has been established as a pillar of growth for the organization.
We are now looking to establish a - Kristal for Global- theme in this space across India and for this, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to onboard and manage our partners and their customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support on client onboarding and client management to RM and Advisory team
- Enhance standards and processes to improve customer success delivery.
- Work with Product team to improve infrastructure & process automation leading to customer delight
- Responsible for feedback loop to technology product management
Please note that this role will need flexibility to take calls on weekends since this is the time convenient for many partner and their customers.
Key skills we are looking for someone in this role:
- 5 to 10 years experience in Service Management in Wealth Management domain
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- Experience in people management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Team player and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience in MS Office suite
