Job Description:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software products which involves building as well as working with vendors to manage deliveries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and lead the team through the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in Java and web technologies. They should have experience leading teams in an Agile environment and a track record of delivering software products on time and within budget. The candidate should also be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders . They should demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver their best work.

Desired Technical skills:
Tomcat, Jboss
UNIX/Linux (Commands, etc.)
Java 1.8 or equivalent.
Oracle, SQL and PLSQL
MongoDB
Azure DevOps (On Premise and Cloud Hosted Servers).
Knowledge for performance tuning, application security requirements, programming standards, deployment architecture etc.

Functional skills:
Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
Predominantly experience on Treasury trading applications.
Coordinate activities of Release Engineers to automate the setup and configuration of environments
Having experience of Support and implementation in banking domain
Co-ordinating with vendor for project enhancement
