JOB DESCRIPTION

Proficient with Windows server 2012/2016/2019.
The person should be well versed in identifying and resolving the vulnerability related issues on Windows platform.
The person should have strong skills in applying Hotfixes and Security related patches on Windows platform.
The person should be aware of the testing /mitigation process of the vulnerabilities identified on the servers.
The person should have in-depth knowledge of Windows services.
The person should have complete knowledge of vulnerability/risk assessments,
Provide recommendations or applies to mitigate risks and monitor the implementation of said recommendations.
The person should have understanding of NESSUS, Tennable and Windows ATP reporting structure.
Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012.
Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2012.
In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing.
Strong on Troubleshooting and Analytical skills on SCCM server issues.
Strong knowledge on SCCM server and client log files.
Knowledge of installation and configuration of SCCM central / CAS, Primary and Secondary Sites, WSUS.
Should have good knowledge in Windows Servers 2008, 2012 and 2016, Active Directory and networking concepts
Implementation Upgraded troubleshoot SQL installations and database for SCCM.
Patch Management of Physical and Virtual environments through SCCM
Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and associated components and creating custom reports using SQL Queries and SQL report builder.
Perform mass software deployment in a managed environment
Manage client devices via group policy creation, modification, maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting.
Supports the day-to-day operations of release and test processes as required for software, security patch deployment and client configuration.
Participates in Change Release meeting as required to support the release of approved patches and software to end user devices.
Experience in virtualized environments.
Good understanding of daily tasks based around Microsoft technologies.
Good understanding of AD and DNS with major ITIL processes.
Good knowledge around Data Center concepts and technologies like network, storage and security.
Ability to handle escalated tickets and provide solution/RCA in time.

Provide assistance on SOP documentation at all levels of the projects/changes/support.

Ability to explore automation of current tasks and drive it
Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes
Good knowledge around Data- Center concepts and technologies like network, storage and security

7+ Years of Experience in handling

Knowledge SCCM and Vulnerability Mitigation concepts.
Understanding of Nessus, Tennable and Windows ATP concepts.
Experience in Intune Management will be added advantage.

Qualification:
Bachelor or higher degree in one of these fields.

BE/BTECH/MCA/BCA

Certification in SCCM and Intune Administration

QUALIFICATIONS

Grad/ PG
