Job Description – Intelligent Automation Developer

Experience: 2-4 years

Job location: Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities

Analyzing and understanding the business processes.
Develop automation solution that will work best for target applications and infrastructure.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day development/running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign.
Establish delivery methodologies for successful automation/RPA delivery.
Work with the leadership to transform the ideas to a workable solution.

Requirements:
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges. Quick learner and ability to understand new business processes.
Ability to conceptualize automated solutions.
Prior experience on working in multiple automation implementations - Good written skills (document automated solution designs).
Strong communication skills to interact with business & transfer requirements to automation developers.

Mandatory skills

Very good in automation concepts and workarounds
Strong Experience in creating automation frameworks
Excellent knowledge in UiPath/BluePrism/Automation Anywhere/Power Automate or automation using python/.net
Basic Knowledge in .net, Java and VB scripting
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Additional skills

Experience in software development and preferably knowledge of the .NET Framework
Developer level Certification on any RPA tool would be an added advantage
Being a highly talented problem-solver
Risk and control knowledge
Strong communication skills – both oral and written (fluency in English is mandatory and a second language is beneficial)
Capacity to think on your feet and embrace new challenges as they arise
Knowledge of OCR and screen- scrapping tools
