US IT RECRUITER night shift for coimbatore

1.Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.

2. Experience in using job portals such as Dice.com, Indeed.com, LinkedIn etc to source and screen candidates.

3. Understand the key skills in a Job requirement and identify qualified technical candidates to source and screen candidates.

5. To perform extensive phone/email screening of the suitable candidates (US citizens, GC and H1b visa holders).

4. Good understanding of technologies like Java, .Net, Database, QA, BA, Network etc to be able to vet out the candidates.

6. Excellent English communication skills

7. Should have Experience in C2C, C2H, W2, 1099 Hiring. Must have experience in negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, GC EADs, H-4 EADs, TN permit holders, and OPT EAD.

8. Strong Communication Skills and good knowledge of US IT Staffing.
