1. Interfacing with internal & external stakeholders, managing demands and expectations and challenges appropriately to truly understand the business need and requirements.
2. Assume responsibility for planning the requirement gathering and management processes.
3. Prepare BRD and signoff from stakeholders for all requirements.
4. Organize review of all documents including User understanding documents
5. Support the development team or vendor by providing clarification on the BRD
6. Initiate effective communication with all members of the team and across the business verticals to ensure effective implementation.
7. Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, throughout the project life cycle.
8. Document resolutions to prevent gaps in requirement & solution development
9. Taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to implementation.
10. Performing monthly review with business operations and highlighting deviations from business requirement
11. Identify the GAPS in the current business process and system for future automation & optimization of processes.
12. Network and liaise with different teams & stakeholders.
