Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the capabilities of our Benefits & Loyalty Engine API and Web Interface. You will focus on scoping, prioritizing, and delivering features - rapidly
• Anticipating blockers and finding creative workarounds to address bottlenecks
• Facilitating concurrent integrations with multiple Brands/ Bank Partners and managing key stakeholders across Product, Tech, DevOps, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to adhere to delivery timelines
• Developing and driving adoption metrics
• Participating in Sales calls to understand Client requirements, and to demo current capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product experience
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams towards a release/ launch Stellar Project Management and Communication skills Understanding/ curiosity about the Credit Cards Rewards & Loyalty space
