As a Project Management Analyst (Individual Contributor) in Digital Document Services, you will work on a new initiative focused on delivering to create functionality using contract management software through a Contract Lifecycle Management tool. This initiative will facilitate and speed time to market for contract negotiation between Legal and the client by digitizing, organizing and centralizing business contracts to provide a 'born digital' documentation experience.
The Digital Document Services team is a dedicated team of change resources focused on large scale transformation initiatives within the document management space that addresses Industry, Client and Business requirements across the Corporate & Investment Bank. The team provides a unique mix of project skills and product experience that are not tied to a specific business enabling it to deliver enhanced document management services that can be leveraged and reused across any business function across the firm. You would be working on the execution of Contract Lifecycle Management product implementation and owning the system and workflow configuration for all in-scope documents.
Job responsibilities
Execute Contract Lifecycle Management product implementation in accordance to Contract Lifecycle Management implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule and effort.
Own system and workflow configuration and deployment activities.
Manage implementation and setup of clauses, templates, clause libraries, and template libraries, Contract Lifecycle Management Taxonomy in the Contract Lifecycle Management configuration tool, working with applicable business and firm stakeholders. Coordinate with technology team to effectively integrate templates and clauses into the Contract Lifecycle Management solution.
Manage quality assurance testing and end-user acceptance testing efforts to validate system functionality. Coordinates with technology team to help facilitate complex system issue resolutions and defect minimization.
Identify and enact continuous service improvements through technology and process improvements, with a keen eye to identifying opportunities to enhance services.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree required
Overall 4+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of related contracts, technology, project, people, change, and relationship management experience
Understanding of banking industry processes around contracting - from opportunity through execution and administration
Understanding of information/ Contract Lifecycle Management system design, and functions
Understanding business requirements, processes and legacy systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience within the Financial Services industry
Experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is preferred
Contract Lifecycle Management certificates such as: ICI administrator certificate and/or ICI practitioner certificate is a plus
Information systems, computer science or supply chain/operations degree preferred.
