Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a change delivery organization within the CIB's Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) that provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to CIB stakeholders. CPCS capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in the Wholesale Payments, Markets and Securities Services businesses, as well as cross-business functions such as Network Management and Client Onboarding (Client Tax & WKO).
As part of the Securities Operations strategic agenda Know Your Data (KYD) is becoming imperative to enhance client service and operational efficiency. As part of this strategy Data Quality (DQ) is key for the onboarding of applications to Integrated Data Platform (IDP).
Currently no team exists in Operations to work in tandem with Technology, Product and Line of Business Operations to define and then track the DQ metrics and then track and remediate any issues identified via the DQ metrics
As an experienced Business Analyst, your mission is to lead the analysis function within our team of innovators and operational professionals in creating data solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of financial services and data management will enable the team to build solutions that effectively satisfy business, regulatory, and functional requirements. You will leverage your expertise across the architecture domains to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally.
This role requires strengths and capabilities in the following areas:
Deep domain knowledge in one or more of these CFS subject areas:
- Asset Servicing
- Fund Accounting
- Middle Office
- Instrument Reference Data
- Experience working in a data-centric environment; including exposure to data visualization techniques, data modelling, data management and data analysis
- Experienced in leading all phases of testing, both internal and with clients
- Highly experienced at working in the business analysis function with end users (both internal and client) to elicit requirements, analyse these and ensure successful delivery all the way through design, build and test phases
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships across teams and stakeholders to deliver against strategic priorities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in aligning with target state architectures
- Collaboration with business leaders and SMEs to create conceptual and logical architectures that align business and data needs to the target state information architecture
- Ability to mentor less-experienced BAs
- Professional qualification (CFA, Accountancy etc)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python etc would be an advantage
