Our established and growing client of many years is looking for software sales support/ IT technical liaison

This is a client facing, fast paced position where you will work directly with teammates and in some case clients in a startup environment.

The right candidate is curious, analytical and has a passion for marketing and product improvement.

YOU:

Experience with high volume, technical support (1-3 years)

Tech savvy af obvy

Cross team communication and collaboration - this is a team sport position

Ability to test systems and product features and communicate insights and bugs to the appropriate teams

You are the type of person who brings multiple solutions to every problem and are patient, proactive and kind

Ability to come into the office near Seattle 1-2 times per week to learn about this established saas company that still works in startup mode
