JOB PURPOSE (JOB SUMMARY):
In support of Invesco’s position as a leading independent global investment management company which provides a comprehensive array of enduring investment solutions for retail, institutional and high net worth clients around the world, this position is responsible for executing high-level print and electronic production while providing expert support in industry-specific programs, file management and work processes in support of the company’s marketing/sales initiatives and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Must learn and become an expert on Invesco’s current brand guidelines; ensure all of the projects delivered comply to the brand standards
Assess project requests, and ensure that all relevant information is needed, to ensure the projects are delivered on-time
Work closely with marketers to understand the project requests and seek for any clarifications required in completing the task
Provide strong production and post-production support for sales literature, consumer education pieces, regulatory materials and special projects
Updates/revises existing materials using established file structure techniques
Creates new pieces based on existing templates
Reviews all deliverables (self/team) for layout, consistency and brand compliance; to maintain 100% Quality during initial/all stages
Train and mentor the designers on tools, illustrator graphics and other process related activities
Practices/maintains diligent file management/organizes and archives files according to established departmental processes
Must become proficient in utilizing web-based job trafficking system (Marketing Central) to handle all projects and deadlines
Ensure that all the process related reports are filled diligently and provide monthly report to management as requested on all the activities at team level
WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:
A minimum of years of working experience in graphic/creative design, print production; supporting multiple internal or external clients in a high-traffic design environment
Maintains and builds upon knowledge of industry-standard software for page layout, chart production, illustration, typography, color theory, print production process and photo manipulation
Expert knowledge of industry-standard tools such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop on Macintosh platform
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) on PC platform
Investment industry knowledge is preferred but not required
Hands-on experience in using graphic design tools on Macintosh systems
Expert knowledge in Adobe In-design and Illustrator tools
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of branding conventions

5 years of work experience in technical print production/page layout/file management may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
