The Monitoring and Support desk executive is responsible for working on a support desk monitoring incoming real-time data feeds from various locations in the US. In addition to this, the resource is also expected to validate the quality of the data (based on a defined process that will be provided to the individual) and report the anomalies (if any). In the event of interruptions in the data stream or errors in the data, the resource will carry out the first-level diagnosis of the issue, record a ticket in the helpdesk tool and contact the relevant support team for fixing the issues (if required). Successful candidates will be provided the required training to carry out the work specified.
