ROLE SUMMARY

• Technical lead on platforms and services to support development, deployment and administration of software applications related to cyber security and privacy.
• Support global customer sales efforts and solution delivery for commercial and public clients.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Provide application development and continuous delivery expertise for cybersecurity software technologies
• Communication and client facing interaction to support business development and sales operations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Demonstrates the following:

• Understanding and ability to assess continuous improvement/continuous development processes and tools related to cybersecurity and privacy, and be able to make recommendations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity software, tools, techniques and platforms related to cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27000, NSA, CMMI, ISACA, NIST CSF, FBI and GDPR practices and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid cloud services.
• Ability to obtain technical training and certification related to IBM QRadar, Security Verify and other related products.
• Utilization of PC applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs into viable solutions.
• Knowledge and awareness of forward-looking technologies, such as IoT, blockchain and AI/ML.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix type environments.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux (RHEL) environments desirable. Certifications related to any of the following are a plus:
• IBM QRadar
• IBM Security Verify
• Security related certification (e.g., ISC, CISSP, ISACA, GIAC, etc.)

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years of experience related to business and/or operational software and system application design, development, configuration, deployment, installation and testing.
• 2 years of experience with contemporary programming skills (e.g., REST APIs, Node-JS, HTML/HTML5, Java, JavaScript or related areas).

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
