Overview
IntelliSource Technologies is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join its growing IT team. You will be working alongside Project Managers, developers and QA Analysts and conduct daily stand up meetings to monitor the progress on all ongoing IT projects. The Business Analyst will also participate in meetings with clients and their partners to understand their ongoing business development and IT requirements. You will also need to keep the client updated on upcoming releases and status of ongoing projects.
Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements and create business requirements documents for custom software development projects.
Collaborate with team members including project manager, development lead and business stakeholders in understanding business requirements and implications.
Create the necessary functional and technical documentation, from which the software development team will produce code.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows and use cases throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support the creation of test plans and perform User Acceptance Testing.
Develop User Stories and update JIRA.
Perform testing duties as needed, working with end users and project teams during the design, construction, testing and implementation of modifications to systems.
Provides initial post implementation support of newly rolled out applications, troubleshoot issues and provides guidance to end user.

Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration or equivalent field.
At least 0-6 months’ experience working in an agile/scrum environment using JIRA.
Understanding of the agile based Software Development Life Cycle model and secure testing methodologies.

Other Qualification:
Track record of successfully gathering and defining requirements for web application products, and testing tools and functionalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication at both the business and technical level.
Proficiency using MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of the healthcare domain, medical terminology, clinical workflow processes and electronic health records is a huge plus.
