IndiaLends is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to increase engagement and promote our brand across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e. g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor web traffic metrics

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Social media manager for a D2C Brand
• Ability to manage creative teams of designers, content writers, and marketers
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of different social channels and their USP for brand communication
• Analytical and multitasking skills

• Must be From E-Commerce, Edtech, Enterprise / SaaS, Fintech / Payments industry
