Icertis is looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant to manage its end to end payroll operations for over 1500+ (and constantly growing) employee base in India. The ideal candidate should be one who is very passionate about payroll, related accounting and compliances and is eager to provide a World Class payroll experience to our employees.

Responsible for independently managing all day-to day payroll activities including co-ordination with the key internal teams as well as external payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely delivery of payroll on a monthly basis.

Responsible for accurate and timely payment of applicable taxes and filing of related returns for TDS, Provident Fund, Profession Tax, LWF etc. Providing inputs to HR for applicable statutory and regulatory returns.

Ensure timely input for funding towards disbursement of salaries and tax payments.

Responsible for payroll accounting, preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. Needs to adhere to strict month close deadlines
- Co-ordinating for periodical actuarial valuation for employee benefits and stock benefits (as may be applicable).
- Responsible for providing necessary information and explanations for internal and external audits

Maintain communication and strong relationships with the key stakeholders such as recruitment, C&B, HR and Accounting teams.
- Participate in payroll related process improvement projects

6+ years’ experience in payroll, related accounting and statutory compliances
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong background in analytics and metrics

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to details

Ability to plan and execute multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience on ERP like Oracle/ NetSuite will be preferred

Experience of working with IT product development, high-tech organizations
