Job Description:
Act as a technical escalation point of content for any outages and high priority issues
Ability to maintain, upgrade and manage hardware, software and networks
Ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently
Strong Linux Administration skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in working with different services in AWS and Linux environment
Possess clear understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.)
Hands on experience in deploying, troubleshooting issues with Compute, Networking, Storage, Database services on AWS/GCP.
Can handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, Mail Service, IIS, SSL, PHP, Mysql based errors etc.
