Responsibilities:

• The leadership role should be handling a minimum team size of 40 Should be handling clusters or regions.
• Monthly should be delivering a minimum volume of 4 crores.
• Strong on Home loans or loans against property.
• Responsible for sales( disbursement ) for the region.
• Region business volumes- Logins/sanctions disbursement.
• Team recruitment and retention.
• Cross-sell to existing customers.
• Soft collection liaison with the bank credit team for smoother TAT.
• BTL activation team Management/training.
• Team Productivity.
• Responsible for third-party product penetration.
• Responsible for the developer and DMA relations.
