Job Description:
Working within the Call Center, you will be a solutions provider for issues related to our complete product line (current and legacy equipment). In support of our mission, you will work directly with our customers. You will work as well with Regional service technicians to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner and logged for future reference in our call tracking system.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in diagnosing, identifying and correcting problems with Husky systems. Depending on the situation, this may be accomplished by engaging in troubleshooting activities by telephone, remote computer access or e-mails.
An out of the box thinker, able to visualize the equipment problem and propose solutions in a timely matter.
Support part searches, warranty part qualification and service order/issue generation
Possibly some rare travel to customer sites
Requirement to do on-call support for some scheduled weekends and some holidays as part of a scheduled rotation (can happen from Home)
Work effectively with supporting teams (sales, quality, engineering, etc) as necessary.
Working from Home if you are not located with a Husky location is possible.
Experience and Qualification
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with new and evolving technologies.
Excellent knowledge of Systems technology and related mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and interact effectively and professionally with customers.
Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering and service functions.
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills to obtain and exchange complex technical information.
Good computer skills and knowledge of Windows based applications are essential.
Language:Fluency in Hindi and English
Post-secondary education (college or university degree) would be preferred but is not essential.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Husky equipment including assembly, testing, service and engineering with all Husky products including machines, molds, robots and other product handling equipment.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with molds process optimization and troubleshooting
