"Oversee the delivery of web application development and support services, ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that service delivery meets business requirements.
Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics for Web Application development and support services.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are understood and reflected in the service delivery process.
Manage and prioritize service delivery requests, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure Budget Adherence.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and service delivery metrics.
Manage and mentor service delivery team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in portal development and apply them to improve our service delivery."
YOU MUST HAVE
Tools: MS Projects, MS Office, Project management tools, JIRA
Experience: Managing complex projects, global/remote teams and suppliers, excellent communications, stakeholder management, leadership and team skills. Self-driven.
Web development and Adobe Experience Manager a plus."
5+ Years of Experience.
Bachelors in Computers or equivalent
PMP, Agile (SAFe preferred)
