Our client is a Bangalore based F&B startup founded by FMCG industry experts who aim at making local foods more relevant & accessible.The team is now looking to hire Area sales Manager.

Role : Regional Sales Manager

Location :Bengaluru

Must Have Attributes:

- 3-5 years of sales and distribution experience in FMCG specifically in the food Industry in Modern Trade

- Relevant connects across all large national & regional MT chains in South India.

- Experience in handling multiple customers, distributors & sales executives, sales promoter

- A hands on person, willing to work on the ground.

- Will not have a sales team to start with

- Good regional knowledge of South Market and industry (confectionery, chocolates, candy,snacks)

- Good Analytical Skills

- Experience of working with sales software & ERP systems

- Willing to travel 12-15 days a month

Preferred skills:

- Experience in launching a new brand/ start up in the market
