Qualification & Experience Required:
- Graduate/MBA with at least 4 to 5 years' experience in Tele Sales department of Banks,
NBFCs, Fintech.
- Thorough understanding of Credit, Operations, Tele Sales Policies.
- Highly Innovative problem solver, possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking,
organizational & project planning skills and demonstrating ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong managerial and tele sales skills.
- Good time management, networking & organizational skills.
- Strong in leadership skills.
- Good in MIS Excel & reports.
- Good in Analytics & communication skills.
- Experience in managing and directing a tele sales team.
- Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line team.
