Job Description

A Singapore-headquartered global healthcare conglomerate is looking for an experienced Project Manager to revamp its website and social media presence. This person will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and write detailed briefs for designers and developers. 

This is a freelance position with a commitment of 30 hours per week for an ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for projects you manage.
• Be responsible for gathering requirements from the client and understanding how these requirements translate into design and development specifications.
• Hand-hold and sync stakeholders with potentially conflicting priorities through the design, implementation, and test phases of the project.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks. 
• Manage timelines for all project personnel.
• Manage day-to-day implementation and monitoring of the project.
• Work with a team of individual contributors and experts such as UX researchers, graphic designers, animators, engineers, SEO strategists, and content writers.
• Pre-empt and prepare for contingencies.
• Measure and report on progress.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in landing page design, web design, etc.
• Demonstrable knowledge of how a website works and is built via native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The projects will NOT be built via drag-and-drop systems like WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow, although they might use CMS-es as a backend.
• Experience in the results output by a UX researcher and how it leads to UI.
• Experience in explaining and presenting this link to stakeholders.
• Experience in managing the incremental/iterative fidelity of design to win deep stakeholder approval and satisfaction.
• Experienced leadership of individual contributors such as designers, engineers, writers, conversion, and SEO specialists.
• Experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.
• Highly meticulous and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Highly consultative, empathic, and curious.
