Job Description

One of the leading pharmaceutical clients is seeking a Data & Software Developer (Freelance, Remote) to collaborate with Data Engineering, Reporting & Visualization team for developing scalable insights and solutions that improve the depth and speed of business insight.

Responsibilities

• Development of analytics and predictive solutions using open source data science stack e.g. R, Python.
• Work with the Business Insights and Analytics Lead to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that cover the following areas: (a) Pricing and Optimization; (b) Forecasting Automation and Optimization; (c) Marketing Mix Optimization; (d) Promotional Effectiveness

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in market research, consulting, or developing business analytics solutions in any industry.
• Experience with modern data visualization tools, especially PowerBI a plus.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in R or Python analytical programming are required.
• Experience building APIs with Flask.
• Experience with front-end interfaces (e.g. Shiny) would be preferred.
• Statistical knowledge and understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods.
