- Setting up meetings with prospects via Cold Calling and Cold Emailing.
- Maintain funnel for the prospects.
- Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all prospects.
- Maintain, build and update calling mailing databases on the CRM.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients via outbound calling.
- Work Timings: US Shift, i.e., 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
- 1-2 years of experience in Lead generation in a B2B environment with excellent communication skills, quick learning skills, enthusiastic go-getter, and willingness to meet targets.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets (monthly/quarterly), preferably from the IT Services industry.
- Strong willingness and motivation to achieve monthly targets.
- Understanding of the IT services ecosystem is preferred.
- Experience in selling software services in the past preferred.
- A successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail.
- Excellent written & spoken English skills.
