We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
You should be able to speak with client through telephonic conferences, web meeting, demonstrating product and services and satisfy the client per their business needs.
Leading teams such as Technical Support, Business Development and Helpdesk.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Co-ordinating with management and other departments related to sales.
Planning and implementing job challenges for the team, set targets, train and motivate them to achieve the goals.
Ability to check Quality Assurance of I.T. products and services before deploy.
Delivery of product and services as per the client commitments.
Excellent team management, coordination, run the operation smooth, address the team issues and resolve it
