Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Wellness and Beauty Brand VA with a unique blend of wellness expertise and digital marketing proficiency. This role entails guiding individuals on their journey towards improved physical and mental well-being while leveraging digital platforms to reach a wider audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wellness principles and the ability to create engaging content and strategies that resonate across social media channels.

Role Responsibilities:

Research and create digital content centred around nutrition, fitness, wellness and beauty 

Collaborate with the team to design and enhance wellness coaching programs, incorporating digital elements for remote and online delivery.

Stay updated on the latest wellness trends, research, and best practices to continuously enhance program offerings.

Research healthy meals and create digital meal plans

Research exercise plans and create digital fitness routines 

Research nutrition and wellness topics and create blog and social media posts from your findings 

Research beauty, fashion, and home decor topics and create blog and social media posts from your findings 

Social media marketing

Other ad hoc and miscellaneous tasks and projects

Required Skills:

Up to date with the latest trends in the nutrition, fitness, and wellness industries 

Ability to provide solutions to our client's fitness needs

Ability to distinguish yourself as an outstanding fitness/wellness coach in a highly competitive market. 

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media scheduling software.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to add value to a growing organization

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong computer skills

Have a passion and drive for nutrition, fitness and wellness 

Focus on client satisfaction and providing outstanding customer service by delivering excellent results

Preferred Skills:

Nutrition or dietary certification

An empathetic and compassionate approach to coaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients.

Knowledge of wellness trends, nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and stress management.
