Job Description
We seek an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive our B2B SaaS digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for owning and optimizing all aspects of our paid media campaigns, including social, display, and native advertising across multiple platforms. You will provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve campaign performance, manage budgets and bids, and monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing paid social, display, and native advertising campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Oversee and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin ABM, and native platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide the performance marketing team to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of audience building and targeting, bidding and budget optimization, and creative optimization.
- Experience with data analysis, including advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
