We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist:

What you’ll do:

• Partner with the Product Owner to build and shape the product road map for an intraday market data solution
• Manage a development team to deliver changes aligned to projects and product roadmap
• Collaborate with business and architecture to create solution design meeting business and tech needs
• IT service ownership to maintain service within the risk and control framework
• Provide technical support
• Automate processes to reduce manual tasks and costs.

What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

• You have a Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• You have demonstrable experience in coding and leading a small or medium engineering team using Java, JEE, ElasticSearch(or any other NoSQL database) In addition Designing and implementing a successful enterprise Architecture using this technologies is a must.
• You have demonstrable experience in coding and leading a small or medium engineering team
• You have good understanding of the risks and control framework and knowledge about the IT process
• You have previous experience in Global Markets and have knowledge of a product or market data
• You can build roadmaps working with other and be accountable for driving execution
• You are able to communicate to wider audience and explain complex technical concepts/process in a business friendly manner
• You have a passion for learning and are an advocate of knowledge sharing. You can influence decision using your hard and soft skills.
• You have a high integrity and set high standard for yourself and others

What additional skills will be good to have? (List out good to have skills and certifications)

• You have experience in building scalable and secure Cloud solutions.
