We are hiring Admission Support Officer for our leading educational institute which provides comprehensive test preparatory services for students preparing for medical and engineering entrance examinations, school/board exams, and competitive and scholarship exams such as NTSE, KVPY, and Olympiads.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
Sales background/Education will be recommended.
Receiving In-bound calls and counseling for Medical and Engineering Aspirants.
Outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams (Marketing, Admin-support).
Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into admission.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi both is a must)
Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
The candidate should be comfortable with the target-based job.
Should be comfortable taking multiple calls in a day.
Immediate Joiner from 1st June.
Graduation in any field is mandatory.
Outbound sales calling experience is mandatory (minimum 6 months)(Should have handled 100 plus Outbound calls on a single day with targets).
The candidate should have Laptop or computer at home with a good internet connection(WIFI)
Should know English and Regional language-Kannada or Malayalam or Tamil or Telegu)
Should be comfortable working from home in lockdown and work from office when lockdown opens.
