Requirements:

• 1 year + recent experience in Travel required/ BPO or Callings.
• Prior experience in Travel / BPO required.
• Good Knowledge and experience using any travel software
• Strong English Communication skills
• Professional & service-oriented mentality
• Geography and international destination mainly US knowledge are necessary
• Must have the ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport.
• Experience in Rail ticketing for Europe/USA region will be an added advantage
• Strong written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Skilled in usage of a personal computer and various software packages
• Online booking tool knowledge preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Good Experience in MS Office.
