We are currently retained by a client - a leading name in the Education space. It's a growing company which is established and is growing further. It would be great opportunity to take your career to the next level.
As a Customer Success Lead you would require to meet with existing clients and other key stakeholders to understand the challenges faced and any concerns and To get repeat business from the client by engaging and solving customer issues.
- Ensure customer delight and create strategies to ensure customer success
- Manage key accounts and responsible for bringing in 95% retention
- Drive revenue growth of 25% through Up sell and Cross-sell of company's current products and services
- Own and nurture relationship with key stakeholders for each account
- Analyse financial status by monitoring and studying client data, recommending and implementing actions
- Responsible for a team of and the services rendered
- Use data and metrics to review program academic implementation quality and customer satisfaction and value.
- Maximize ROI on team & marketing spends
- Handle emergency situations on product/ service, which may lead to customer dissatisfaction
To Fit the Bill you must be:
- It requires a farmer mindset to ensure repeat customer business
- Demonstrated record of handling existing customers in B2C environment.
- Excellent in building stakeholder/Client relationship across levels
- Good in market intelligence, sales process, and data
- Innovative thinking would help
