Job Description

Gripple is looking for a talented and experienced BIM Modeler who has a strong working knowledge of BIM modeling and is familiar with Revit Family. The ideal candidate will be able to create Revit family from scratch and will have experience in producing high-quality, accurate and detailed BIM models.

Responsibilities:

• Create Revit Family from scratch
• Produce high-quality, accurate and detailed BIM models
• Collaborate with project teams and engineers to ensure that models meet project requirements
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that models are consistent with company standards
• Identify and resolve model clashes and issues
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in BIM modeling
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of creating Revit family from scratch
• Familiarity with BIM processes, standards, and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
